THE BIGGEST LOSER

aku dah delete post sblum ni..
mama check blog aku and she asked me to dlete that post..
bcause post 2 boleh ancam nyawa aku..
mama ckp:dah tau dorg jahat,tulis jugak nape?nk kne bunuh ke??



ohh bloging is about sharing ur life with other rite..
ok..im goin to share my story with u guys..
past two days im helped cunie.
shes goin to moving out this month..
bfore i went home,i go timbang my berat..
im gain 8 kg in 3 weeks.
now my weight is 54kg..
im not expect that because
i never reached 50kg before..
yeah,im admit,i ate menggila since midyear exam..
hell ya exam!
freaking me!
now i cant control my nafsu makan..
i eat sesuka hati,x kira masa..
i dont know what happen to me..
im a bit regret bout my weight gain.
im brazam to lose 10kg before Eid.
hahaha but sadly,im typing this post smbil eating not a piece but many pieces of cakes..
damn it.

before this i look myself in the mirror.
yeah karina,u fat now..
i saw my body start losing shape..
out of shape and out of service..
nowday,im really malas..
makan je rajin..
